Laurent Dubois began his career in 1995 on the NYSE and NASDAQ, as a junior sales trader for Laidlaw International. Then in 1997 he joined CDR Participations as a Special Situations analyst where he was in charge of € 2 billion portfolio of strategic holdings composed of major corporates (Bouygues, Alcatel, Usinor Sacilor, etc.) as well as Small. & Mid-Caps. As such, participated in numerous IPOs and financial restructuring operations.
In 1999 he went to HSBC as a TMT analyst. He was in charge of IT services and software companies’ coverage. During this period he participated as an analyst in many financial transactions and IPO.
In 2002, he joined Altran Technologies with a mission to ensure the financial restructuring of the group in a difficult period. Initially responsible for investor relations and group financing, he later became Group’s Deputy CFO in charge of financial affairs (M & A, financing, treasury, consolidation, investor relations, and external relations of the company).
He left Altran in 2012 to rejoin finance where he advises on financing transactions mainly. Since 2015, he has been involved in various entrepreneurial projects, including MyDCA, the first European MiFID2 complaint platform offering to directly organize Corporate Access between listed companies and institutional investors.
He is MSc in Finance by University of Paris Pantheon Assas, and further studies in Law at Institute of Commercial Law I Paris.
